
I wrote this story almost a month after my father passed away. It took time to compile answers from Google, and Kaspersky, but Apple never answered.
Google shared some of their blog posts about the matter while Kaspersky compiled and answer and credited it to their Southeast Asia General manager.
I hope the lessons here could help a lot of people. I was lucky.
