Sony Malaysia just announced that the Apple TV app is being rolled out onto selected Sony Smart TVs in Malaysia today. The rollout will begin with Sony’s X9000H series TVs.  It will then continue with selected 2018 models, and most 2019 and 2020 models by the end of the year.

The Apple TV app not only lets users access the Apple TV+ subscription with its many award-winning shows and documentaries but also support for AirPlay 2 and HomeKit on selected models. These features let you stream media from apple devices directly to the TV and control the TV via Siri on Apple devices.
