LEGO Star Wars Darth Vader and Scout Trooper Helmet, and Imperial Probe Droid

Is Star Wars still a thing? I thought that mouse killed it. But it looks like LEGO Group still has hope as they recently launched three new display sets based on Star Wars. These sets join the previously released Stormtrooper, Boba Fett and Tie Fighter Pilot buildable model helmet sets.

Of the three new sets, the one that would be sold out and re-sold at a mark-up on the secondary market is the helmet of little orphan Ani wore to cover up his shame because his sacrifice was in vain and his family name was stolen by the Marry Sue of his arch enemy.

LEGO calls it the LEGO Star Wars Darth Vader Helmer (75304). I do not like the studded helmet look, especially on Vader’s helmet, but I think it is the perfect platform for LEGO DOTS.

The second helmet set is the helmet of that guy who could not hit a nearby target with his ankle pistol in The Mandalorian.

Of the two, I prefer the LEGO calls this one LEGO Star Wars Scout Trooper Helmet (75305). It is still relevant in The Mandalorian age of Star Wars.

Last but not least is the LEGO Imperial Probe Droid (75306) from Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back. To me it looks the best of the three because of its scale. It excuses the lack of detail and enhances the small ones.

Like them or not, these sets are designed with the builder at heart. My assumption that these sets will be fun and engaging to build and its final result will bring satisfaction to the builder because of the process.

Hey, that sounded like Gunpla building.
