He loves cartooning so much and was so good at it that he got his first job in the field based on the drawings he did on the back of a back deposit slip from the bang he was working at. From there Ahamad Ufiz Ahmad Sabri never looked back.

He borrowed the laptop he needed from a friend and the drawing tablet he needed from work to continue to teach himself all that he needs to know. He had no formal training.

At each step of his new career, at each new job in his journey, he picked up a new skill. He learned how to draw digitally, how to animate, how to manipulate photos, and even learned how to translate his 2D drawings into 3D figures.

In that time Ufiz, also known an Kupeh Rodriguez, refined his cartooning in to a signature. The skeleton, the colour, and that joyful smile are so uniquely his that he does not need to put his initials down for people to know who did it.

He even launched Korod Klothing in 2016 and is still actively drawing for fun on digital platform. A practice the he says is invaluable in keeping his skills sharp.

Despite it all, he still has a day job, drawing and designing for clients.
