ASUS Vivobook Go 15 (E1504F) Announcement — Simplified

On 29 May, ASUS Malaysia announced the availability of the 15.6-inch Vivobook Go 15 (E1504F). It is available in two variants: an RM2,299, 8GB RAM version with an FHD TN Display, which is available at the announcement, and an RM2,499, 16GB version with an FHD IPS display that is available starting June.

Of the two, the RM2,499 model has the standard minimum amount of RAM and modern display technology. All for just RM200 more.

For an affordable laptop, the relevance of the Vivobook Go 15 hardware may be short-lived. Also, it only has 3 USB ports, one of which is a USB-C.

However, seeing if performance can be gained from a clean install without the additional software would be interesting.
