About the Oppo A3
Oppo says the A3 is tough. It says the device can take falls and work even when wet.
This is nice. It means accidental drops and splashes won’t result in needing a new device, a boon for someone on a tight budget.
A larger-than-usual 5.1Ah battery is nice, too. Because the Oppo A3 doesn’t run on the most powerful and power-hungry mobile platform, it is safe to assume that it would outlast most flagship phones on a single charge.
At the same time, the Oppo A3 supports fast charging, which is nice for those looking to take full advantage of the device’s bright display and loud speakers.
Oppo also says the battery is built to run at its best for at least four years. However, just because the hardware is built to last doesn’t mean the device will have a long lifespan. Its longevity now depends on the software updates it’ll receive.
Last but not least, the Oppo A3 comes in two colours and two variants. The device comes in black and white with 128GB or 256GB of storage. While the 128GB variant is available now, the 256GB version is still marked as coming soon at the time of this writing.
