The International Board of Credentialing and Continuing Education Standards announces Legoland Malaysia Resort as the first Certified Autism Centre in Malaysia. 

This meant that the park could better accommodate guests with autism and sensory sensitivities with trained and certified guest-facing staff and other requirements, such as sensory guide boards that would be internally audited. 

The board that did the certification is based in the US and has been in the cognitive disorder training and certification business for over two decades. 

“Becoming Malaysia’s first Certified Autism Center™ is a meaningful milestone for us, and we’re proud to achieve this distinction,” said Legoland Malaysia Resort Division Director CS Lim.
