The three devices that make up the Oppo Reno14 Series are set to be launched in Malaysia on 1 July1 July at a ticketed music event in Kuala Lumpur.
In the lead-up to the Reno14 Pro, Reno14, and Reno14 F’s debut, Oppo launched a pre-order promotion that ends on July 30.
According to the ticketing page and the poster, the OOO Music Festival will be held at Heritage Valley, Asian Heritage Row. Tickets were RM50, and the show was expected to go from 6pm until late.
Heritage Valley and Asian Heritage Row are two separate locations. Based on what I could gather, the device showcase would probably be at Heritage Valley, and the music would be at Asian Heritage Row.
By visiting the device’s landing page (which does not contain device specifications) and clicking the pre-order button, visitors are redirected to the Oppo Reno14 Series Deal Pack page.
This page lists all the gratuity gifts that come with the device and provides finance options for purchasing it but does not disclose the device’s price. Instead, it sold early buyer’s gratuity benefits in a pack for RM1 to Oppe Official Online Store Members.
It does not have to be this complicated. As consumers, we must remember to practice responsible consumption through informed purchases. In other words, know before you buy.
