Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia has received more than 1,000 bookings for the Xforce compact SUV within one week of opening pre-launch orders. The vehicle’s official launch is scheduled for early April.

The Xforce includes features such as a power tailgate, advanced driver assistance systems, 23 storage compartments, a centre cooler box, and an all-round monitor with parking sensors.

Takashi Sakamaki, CEO of Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia, said the strong response reflects customer interest in the new model.

The Xforce will be locally assembled. Two variants, Urban and Ultimate, are expected to be priced at RM110,000 and RM120,000 respectively (on-the-road, without insurance).
