UMW Toyota Motor (UMWT) sold 4,856 vehicles in February 2026, bringing total sales for the year to 9,556 units.

UMWT introduced several refreshed and hybrid models in early 2026 across key segments.

The company expanded its hybrid electric vehicle portfolio, launching the Vios Hybrid and Vios HEV GR Sport in the B-segment sedan category, and the facelifted Corolla Cross HEV GR Sport in the C-segment SUV category.

UMWT also introduced the Vellfire HEV in the luxury MPV segment and the Harrier HEV in the D-segment SUV segment, further expanding hybrid options.

Datuk Ravindran K., President of UMW Toyota Motor, said the company is focusing on expanding hybrid options and supporting customers through its nationwide network.

On February 9, UMWT opened the Prima Pearl 4S Centre in Bayan Lepas, Penang, an integrated sales and service facility for customers in the northern region.

The company continues to offer maintenance and extended warranty programs for customers.

UMWT is offering promotional financing packages on selected models during March.

Ravindran said the company aims to provide reliable vehicles and support for customers during the festive season.
