Apple’s Worldwide Developers Conference Returns June 8–12 With AI Focus

Apple has announced that its annual Worldwide Developers Conference will take place online from June 8 to June 12.

The conference will kick off with the traditional opening keynote and State of the Union presentation on Monday, June 8, followed by a week of technical sessions and interactive labs for developers worldwide.

The conference will spotlight updates across Apple’s major operating systems, with an emphasis on new software tools and advancements in artificial intelligence.

While most programming is digital, a select group of developers and students will be invited to attend a one-day, in-person viewing event at Apple headquarters in Cupertino.

During the main event, winners of the Swift Student Challenge will be announced on March 26. These students can apply to attend the in-person gathering, and 50 distinguished winners will receive invitations to a separate, three-day experience at Apple Park.

The entire conference will be accessible through the Apple Developer app, official websites, and various video platforms.
