Apple Unveils Apple Business: All-in-One Platform Launching April 14

Apple will launch a new service, Apple Business, on April 14, consolidating several existing professional tools into a single platform.

The service will be available in more than 200 countries and regions and will replace Apple Business Essentials, Apple Business Manager, and Apple Business Connect.

The platform allows organisations to manage employee devices, security settings, and app distribution from a single interface. It introduces integrated business email, calendar, and directory services, with the option for companies to use or purchase custom domain names.

The service also includes tools for managing how a company’s brand and physical locations appear across Apple apps like Maps and Wallet.

Apple Business will be free for new and existing users of Apple’s previous business platforms, though certain features, such as upgraded storage and support, remain paid options.

Accessing the platform’s full range of features requires the upcoming iOS 26, iPadOS 26, or macOS 26 updates.
