Mattel is launching a global product line on April 25, ahead of the live-action “Masters of the Universe” film debut on June 5.
The collection includes action figures, dolls, apparel, and games developed in partnership with Amazon, MGM Studios, Funko, and Hot Wheels.
The upcoming movie, directed by Travis Knight, stars Nicholas Galitzine as Prince Adam, Jared Leto as Skeletor, Camila Mendes as Teela, and Idris Elba as Man-At-Arms.
Besides traditional toys, the brand expansion includes a publishing program with graphic novels and an art book. Mattel plans to release more movie-themed collaborations with over 70 partners through 2027.
