Samsung officially launched its web browser for Windows on March 26, allowing users to sync bookmarks, history, and open tabs across mobile devices and PCs.
The Windows version includes Samsung Pass integration for secure sign-ins and automatic profile filling across devices.
Developed with Perplexity, the browser features a built-in AI assistant that processes natural language to analyse webpage content and manage browser tasks.
It can generate travel itineraries from pages, locate moments within videos, and summarise information across multiple tabs.
Users can also search their browsing history using conversational descriptions instead of keywords.
The browser is compatible with Windows 10 and 11, though certain cross-device features are currently limited to Samsung’s Galaxy Book series.
While the application is available globally, its AI capabilities are initially restricted to users in South Korea and the United States.
It is available for download at https://browser.samsung.com.
