Honda Malaysia has officially opened bookings for the All-New Prelude, marking the introduction of the first e:HEV hybrid sports coupe to its local lineup.

The vehicle is powered by a 2.0L hybrid powertrain delivering 184PS and 315Nm of torque (p. 3). It debuts Honda’s S+ Shift Technology, which uses active sound control to simulate gear shifts and enhance engine responsiveness. 

Measuring 4,522mm in length, the coupe features 19-inch wheels, Brembo brakes, and a suite of driver-assistance safety systems, including blind-spot monitoring.

Alongside this announcement, the company launched its “Hybrid Done Right”campaign, running from April 1 to June 31. During this period, customers purchasing an e:HEV model receive a RM2,000 cash rebate and two years of free labour for servicing. 

Current Honda hybrid owners can also enter a social media fuel consumption contest to win a one-year service package.
