ASUS announced the ZenMouse MD202 wireless mouse on April 10, 2026, in Taipei, Taiwan.

The company says it is the first ASUS mouse with a Ceraluminum (the company’s own ceramic-aluminium material) top cover. The mouse can connect to up to 4 devices using Bluetooth and a 2.4 GHz USB dongle. It works on glass, charges via USB-C, and is rated to last up to 7 months on a single charge.

The top cover comes in grey and white. Mouse settings, shortcuts, and sensitivity can be adjusted through the MyASUS software. The mouse measures 115.7 x 62.2 x 34.4 mm, weighs 85 g, and features a symmetrical shape and five buttons.
