McDonald’s Malaysia said its Sandakan teams prepared and distributed nearly 2,000 meals and drinks to affected families, frontliners and volunteers after learning of the fire on April 19. The company said the teams were scheduled to distribute another 4,000 meals across five centres through the end of the week.
McDonald’s Malaysia said it aimed to provide more than 6,000 meals in total.
