Pro-Net Expands Proton e.MAS Condominium Charging Network Nationwide

PRO-NET expands its Proton e.MAS electric vehicle charging network to over 500 condominiums nationwide on June 25, 2026, to provide accessible high-rise residential charging.

The network added more than 1,500 charging points across over 500 participating condominiums nationwide. Coverage expanded across the Klang Valley, Penang, Johor, Sabah, and Sarawak. Owners obtained residential charging rates starting from RM0.63 per kilowatt-hour through the Proton e.MAS application.

The company scheduled the residential charging rate to last until December 31, 2026. PRO-NET reported that switching to electric vehicles saves over 30% in monthly energy costs compared to petrol-powered vehicles. Chief Executive Officer Zhang Qiang stated that the infrastructure provides urban drivers with convenient residential charging options.

Drivers locate, activate, and pay for charging sessions via the application map function. The platform also allowed users to register interest in future infrastructure installations.
