The Ascott Limited officially opened the 90-key lyf Chinatown Singapore property on July 15, 2026, marking its fifth lyf-branded social living location in the country.

The property spans a row of conserved shophouses and a new building, having welcomed its first guests on July 3, 2026. It features six social spaces, nine room categories, and custom artworks inspired by early Chulia traders and local icons.

Guests can access neighborhood guides, a 1.5-hour heritage walking tour, and cultural workshops developed with local businesses. 

To mark the opening, the company is offering loyalty program members stay discounts for bookings made by September 30, 2026.
