IHG Hotels & Resorts has signed a franchise agreement with Harilela Group to add three properties to its Vignette Collection brand on August 17, 2026.

Under the deal, the 85-room The Hari London and the 210-room The Hari Hong Kong will join the Vignette Collection in 2026.

The 324-room Holiday Inn Singapore Orchard City Centre will undergo a conversion to reopen as The Hari Singapore, Vignette Collection in 2027.

The agreement marks Vignette Collection’s entry into Singapore and expands the partnership between IHG and Harilela Group to six properties globally.
