Samsung Electronics has unveiled the Galaxy A18 smartphone, featuring a 6.7-inch display, a three-camera system, artificial intelligence tools, and digital payment capabilities.

The device is powered by a Helio G99+ processor, LPDDR5 memory, and virtual memory. It includes a 50MP main rear camera, a 5MP ultra-wide lens, and a 2MP macro sensor.

Software features Samsung Wallet with QR Pay, One UI 9.0 with direct DuitNow QR scanning, and Circle to Search. AI integration supports tasks using Gemini and Perplexity agents.

The handset carries an IP64 durability rating, a glass-fibre-reinforced polymer back cover, and a Corning Gorilla Glass 3 front screen.

Security features include Samsung Knox with Knox Vault hardware protection. Samsung confirmed the device will receive six years of operating system and security updates.
