ASUS ROG Announces Two Gaming Monitors

ASUS Republic of Gamers announced two new monitors, the Strix OLED XG34WCDMS and Strix XG129C, in a May 7 statement.

ASUS said the XG34WCDMS features a 34-inch curved WQHD RGB Tandem QD-OLED panel, a 280Hz refresh rate, and 0.03ms response time. ASUS stated the monitor supports DisplayHDR 500 True Black, 99% DCI-P3, 10-bit colour, and Delta E under 2.

ASUS said the XG34WCDMS includes OLED Care Pro, a Neo Proximity Sensor, DisplayPort 1.4 with DSC, HDMI 2.1, and USB-C with 15W power delivery. ASUS stated the monitor also uses BlackShield Film and a compact stand design.

ASUS said the XG129C has a 12.3-inch 24:9 IPS touchscreen with 1920 x 720 resolution and 75Hz refresh rate. ASUS stated the display covers 125% sRGB and 90% DCI-P3.

ASUS said the XG129C includes 10-point touch support, AIDA64 Extreme support, two USB-C ports, and HDMI 1.2. ASUS stated it also includes a one-year AIDA64 Extreme subscription, a kickstand, and a tripod socket.
