Tsuburaya Productions announced on May 11 that Ultraman Teo will start on July 4, 2026, with global broadcasts, and revealed its main cast and Pucchi.

The company said TV Tokyo Network’s six channels will air the series every Saturday from 9:00 to 9:30 am JST. It said streaming in Japan will include TVer, Net-mo-Tele-Tokyo, TSUBURAYA IMAGINATION, and the Ultraman Official YouTube Channel.

Tsuburaya Productions said Aoi Iwasaki will play the protagonist, Ibuki Mitsuishi, a student at Meishin University. It announced Emma Kazama (Amane Kamiya), Kanna Izumi (Noa Nakada), Rintako Huira (Yu Uemura), and Wataru Tomobechi (Ryoma Morimoto) as the protagonist’s fellow Astronomy Club members.

The company said Yu Kobayashi voices Pucchi, a mini kaiju.

Tsuburaya Productions said scenes at Meishin University were filmed at Azabu University in Kanagawa Prefecture. It stated that the university president, professors, and faculty supervised script and classroom scenes.

The company said Shigenori Tanabe handles series composition and screenplay. It announced Takashi Ninomiya as lead director and Takanori Tsujimoto as main tokusatsu director.
