MCMC and Huawei Malaysia said they graduated 126 people from the second and third cohorts of their Digital Leadership Excellence programme.

MCMC and Huawei Malaysia said 60 senior leaders completed the programme in June 2025, and 66 completed it in October 2025. They said the programme has trained 176 people since 2024.

The organisations said the fourth cohort is underway. They said the fifth cohort is due to finish by the end of 2026.

MCMC and Huawei Malaysia said graduates came from government, academia and industry. They said the programme covered 5G, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, big data, green technology and cybersecurity.

The organisations said graduates completed capstone projects on education, healthcare, talent development, financial security, agriculture and social inclusion.
