LEGO Group said it appoints Beiersdorf CEO Vincent Warnery to the LEGO A/S Board of Directors, effective May 12, 2026.

LEGO Group said Warnery leads Beiersdorf AG, which owns NIVEA, Eucerin and La Prairie. The company said he has more than 35 years of experience in consumer goods.

LEGO Group said Warnery held senior roles at Procter & Gamble, Sanofi and L’Oréal. It said he previously served as a non-executive director of ALK-Abelló.

LEGO Group said Fiona Dawson and Ilkka Paananen stepped down from the LEGO A/S board at its annual general assembly. It said the board now has seven members, including five independent non-executive directors.

LEGO Group said the board members also became the boards of LEGO Holding A/S and LEGO Digital Play Holding A/S on May 12, 2026. It said Anne Sweeney is not part of the latter board.
