Lead Paragraph IHG Hotels & Resorts says Holiday Inn Express Bandung Braga opens on May 8 in Bandung, marking the first Holiday Inn Express in the city.

The hotel has 100 standard rooms and is centrally located in Bandung, within walking distance of the Braga area, according to IHG. Simon Soo, cluster general manager of Holiday Inn Express Bandung Braga, said the hotel aims to serve travellers seeking a centrally located option in Bandung.

IHG said the property marks the debut of the brand’s Generation 5 design in East Asia and the Pacific. The company said the design includes social spaces and an EXPRESS Cafe & Bar.

The hotel offers complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, a 24-hour gym, a self-service laundry and pressing facility, a semi-outdoor rooftop restaurant, and a daily buffet breakfast, IHG said.
