ASUS launches the ExpertBook Ultra AI-focused business laptop in Malaysia on June 10, 2026.
ASUS unveiled the ExpertBook Ultra at the Next Enterprise Summit 2026, held for industry leaders and partners across Singapore, Malaysia, Australia and New Zealand. The 14-inch laptop featured up to an Intel Core Ultra X7-358H processor, integrated Intel Arc B390 graphics and a dedicated 50 TOPS NPU within a 10.9 mm magnesium-aluminium chassis.
The device supported up to 64 GB LPDDR5x 9600 MT/s RAM and up to 2 TB PCIe Gen 5 x4 NVMe storage. It offered Tandem OLED or POLED 3K 120Hz touchscreen options, Corning Gorilla Glass Victus with matte treatment, and a 6-speaker Dolby Atmos system.
Connectivity and input features included two Thunderbolt 4 ports, two USB-A 3.2 Gen 2 ports, an HDMI 2.1, a 3.5 mm audio jack, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6.0, a spill-resistant backlit keyboard and a 110 cm² haptic touchpad. ASUS stated the 70 Wh battery supported up to 26 hours of use, 50% charge in 30 minutes and charging via a wide 5V–20V range.
Security features included an ASUS Security Processor, discrete TPM 2.0, Microsoft Pluton, dual self-healing BIOS ROM, chassis intrusion alerts, fingerprint and IR facial recognition, and a physical webcam shield. ASUS said the laptop met NIST SP 800-193 and Microsoft Secured-Core PC standards, with compliance validated by SGS Brightsight Singapore.
ASUS priced the ExpertBook Ultra in Malaysia from RM7,999, with configurations up to Intel Core Ultra X7 Series 3. Customers who bought the device between 10 June and 31 July 2026 were offered a complimentary RM500 Malaysia Airlines eGift Card, subject to terms and conditions.
