Apple Creator Studio Adds AI Upgrades, Pixelmator Integration

Apple updates Apple Creator Studio on July 1, 2026, adding new AI tools and Pixelmator Pro integrations across Final Cut Pro, Logic Pro, Keynote, Pages, Numbers, and Freeform for Mac, iPad, and iPhone users.

Apple said Final Cut Pro on Mac and iPad added on-device AI features such as Generate Captions and Edit Detection, plus Creator Themes, Auto Mask, enhanced Match Colour, and Advanced Trimming. Motion, Compressor, and Final Cut Camera also received updates including vector graphic support, immersive video tools, and Clean HDMI Out.

Apple added the ability to send frames from Final Cut Pro to Pixelmator Pro and to open and edit images from Keynote, Pages, Numbers, and Freeform in Pixelmator Pro. Users could generate and store vector shapes, and access advanced image generation and a Content Hub with curated photos, graphics, shapes, and illustrations.

Logic Pro and MainStage gained an upgraded Chord ID for more accurate harmonic analysis, a new Producer Project for “Shoulda Never,” and a granular sync mode in the Alchemy synthesiser with a Granular Alchemy Sound Pack. Beat Breaker added new filter and pan modes and randomisation controls on Mac and iPad.

Apple Creator Studio updates were available immediately as free updates for existing subscribers and as new subscriptions priced at RM29.90 per month or RM299 per year in Malaysia. Education pricing was RM9.90 per month or RM99 per year, and one-time-purchase versions of Final Cut Pro, Logic Pro, Pixelmator Pro, Motion, Compressor, and MainStage remained available on the Mac App Store.
