IHG Hotels & Resorts opens a dual-branded EVEN Hotel and Staybridge Suites near Universal Orlando Resort in Orlando on July 1, 2026, expanding its presence with partner Daiwa House Group.

The property combined 288 guest rooms and was developed with Daiwa House Group. It was located near Universal Orlando Resort’s Epic Universe theme park and the Orange County Convention Centre.

The EVEN Hotel portion had 120 rooms with wellness-focused features, including premium bedding, spa-like showers, an Athletic Studio and EVEN Kitchen & Bar for food and drinks.

The 168-room Staybridge Suites component offered studio and one-bedroom suites with kitchens, separate living areas and complimentary daily breakfast. Selected evenings featured a Social happy hour with light bites, beer and wine.

Shared amenities included a resort-style outdoor pool, courtyard with BBQ grills and pet walking areas, game room, storage for long-stay guests, guest laundry and a 24-hour marketplace.
