The Ascott Limited signed a management agreement with SIMCO Group on August 17, 2026, to operate Ascott West Hanoi in Vietnam’s capital.

Slated to open in the first quarter of 2030, the project marks the first collaboration between the two companies.

The agreement expands Ascott’s Vietnam portfolio to 43 operational and pipeline properties, comprising more than 12,000 units nationwide.

Located in Hanoi’s western business district, the property will feature 220 one- to four-bedroom apartments, dining facilities, and a 3D golf simulator.
