McDonald’s Malaysia hosted a family picnic event across six nationwide locations on September 5 and 6, distributing 6,000 free meal sets to visitors.

Managing Director Dato’ Haji Azmir Jaafar stated the events occurred at drive-thru locations in Kelantan, Terengganu, Johor, Kedah, Penang, and Perak.

The company provided 1,000 free meal sets to early visitors at each location and introduced its Ayam Goreng McD Rasa Ori menu item.

Activities included traditional games, children’s fashion shows, mascot appearances, and giveaways of picnic bags and vouchers to visitors completing three activities.

The company stated the initiative forms part of over 10,000 annual community activities conducted across its 380 nationwide restaurant locations.
