OPPO announced Tuesday, September 15, that its upcoming Find X10 Pro Max smartphone will feature MediaTek’s 2-nanometer Dimensity 9600 Pro processor for international markets.
The company said the Dimensity 9600 Pro chip utilises TSMC’s N2P process, providing a 61% improvement in CPU multi-core energy efficiency over the previous generation.
MediaTek’s processor incorporates two 4.55GHz C2-Ultra cores and six performance cores, yielding a 17% overall CPU performance increase, according to the announcement.
The device includes a G2-Ultra NX GPU that delivers 27% higher sustained graphics performance and a dual-NPU design that offers 51% faster LLM prefill speeds, OPPO said.
OPPO said the smartphone debuts the OPPO Laminar Flow Engine, co-developed with MediaTek, to restructure the system rendering architecture for lower power consumption and faster app loading.
