Victorinox and Coutelier Suisse have launched the Coutelier 1891, a limited-edition pocket knife restricted to 1,891 numbered pieces available exclusively in Switzerland.

The knife is built on a compact 84 mm model. It features two clip-point blades, a recreated historic saw design, and hand-cast brass scales.

Victorinox assembled the product alongside members of the Swiss Cutlers Association and current Swiss cutler apprentices. Part of the sales proceeds will fund the training of future Swiss cutlers.

The edition commemorates the founding year of the Swiss Cutlers Association in 1891 by master cutlers, including Victorinox founder Karl Elsener.
