Motorola Unveils Edge 70 Pro Design Update

Motorola unveils Edge 70 Pro on April 29, introducing a new design approach and reporting four 50MP cameras, a 6.5h battery, and Android 16.

Motorola said the Edge 70 Pro was the first device to use its Collections by Motorola design approach. Motorola stated the phone had four 50MP cameras, including a periscope telephoto lens, and a 6,500mAh battery.

Motorola reported the device had a 6.8-inch AMOLED display, 144Hz refresh rate, 1.5K resolution, and peak brightness of 5,200 nits. Motorola said the phone used a MediaTek Dimensity 8500 Extreme chip, up to 12GB of LPDDR5X memory, and Android 16.

Motorola stated the Edge 70 Pro would roll out in the coming weeks across selected markets in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Latin America, and Asia-Pacific. Motorola said local pricing and detailed availability were not included in the release.
