Samsung launches T7 and T9 microSD cards in Kuala Lumpur, expanding its removable storage lineup with new branding, capacities, speeds and prices.

Samsung Electronics said the T7 microSD card is available in capacities of 128GB, 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB. The company said the card delivers read speeds of up to 170MB/s.

Samsung stated the T9 microSD card offers capacities of 128GB, 256GB and 512GB. The company said the card delivers read speeds of up to 200MB/s and includes 6-proof protection.

Samsung reported the cards mark a shift from EVO Plus, PRO Plus and PRO Ultimate to a new removable storage lineup. The company said T7 prices start at RM209 and T9 prices start at RM263, with availability from April 14.
