Sony introduces its BRAVIA 9 II and BRAVIA 7 II RGB televisions and BRAVIA Theatre Trio in Malaysia, with TV availability from late June 2026 and the audio system from early July.
Sony said the BRAVIA 9 II and BRAVIA 7 II were its first True RGB BRAVIA televisions, using independently driven red, green and blue LEDs. It said the models were powered by its RGB Backlight Master Drive Pro.
Sony said the BRAVIA 9 II would be available in a 115-inch class option, while the BRAVIA 7 II would come in sizes from 50 to 98 inches. It said both models supported Dolby Vision, Dolby Atmos, DTS: X, and IMAX Enhanced.
Sony said the BRAVIA Theatre Trio was a wireless home theatre system developed for large-screen viewing. It said the system supported Dolby Atmos, DTS: X, and IMAX Enhanced and could be expanded with optional subwoofers and rear speakers.
Sony said the products used recycled materials, including SORPLAS, and that a new remote control was designed to improve accessibility. It said the BRAVIA 3 II, announced earlier, would be available in Malaysia in late July 2026.
