Proton’s EV brand Proton e.MAS schedules nationwide roadshow stops in Kuantan and Subang Jaya from late June to early July 2026 to showcase its electrified line-up.
Proton New Energy Technology subsidiary PRO-NET said the roadshow would be held at East Coast Mall, Kuantan, from June 24 to 28, 2026 and at Sunway Pyramid, Subang Jaya, from July 1 to 5, 2026. The events followed earlier stops in Penang and Melaka.
In Kuantan, visitors could view the Proton e.MAS 5, Proton e.MAS 7 and Proton e.MAS 7 PHEV. PRO-NET highlighted estimated home-charging costs of about RM7 per 100km for the e.MAS 5 and RM9 for the e.MAS 7 at RM0.60 per kWh, versus about RM16 and RM20 per kWh, respectively, for similar petrol cars.
At Sunway Pyramid, PRO-NET planned a full Proton e.MAS portfolio display, including the newly launched Proton e.MAS 7 Premium Plus. The variant featured a 68.39kWh AEGIS Short Blade Battery, a WLTP-rated range of up to 450km and 115kW DC fast charging enabling 30% to 80% charge in about 20 minutes. PRO-NET offered a RM7,000 launch rebate on the model, reducing the on-the-road price without insurance to RM118,800.
PRO-NET said new comfort features on the Proton e.MAS 7 Premium Plus included front massage seats and a powered passenger seat with leg rest.
