OPPO introduces the Reno16 smartphone series and the Bubble magnetic companion accessory in Shenzhen on June 25, 2026, featuring cameras, processors, and AI-powered tools.
The series included the Reno16, Reno16 Pro, and Reno16 F models featuring 6.7Ah or larger batteries and 80W fast charging. The Reno16 Pro used the MediaTek Dimensity 8550 platform, while the Reno16 integrated the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 platform. Display sizes measured 6.32 inches for the standard and Pro models, and 6.57 inches for the Reno16 F.
All models contained a 50MP front camera and a triple rear camera system with a telephoto portrait lens supporting 3.5x optical zoom. The Reno16 Pro specifically featured a 200MP main rear camera. The devices achieved IP68, IP69, and IP69K water and dust resistance ratings.
The smartphones ran on ColorOS 16 and included AI-driven tools for image editing, bill tracking, and menu translation. OPPO also introduced the Bubble, a 35-gram magnetic companion device with an AMOLED screen acting as a remote camera viewfinder. Colour options for the lineup consisted of white, violet, purple, and black.
