ASUS Republic of Gamers announces the ROG Gjallar gaming soundbar system featuring 2.1.2 Dolby Atmos surround sound and a 5GHz wireless subwoofer in Taipei, Taiwan, on July 10, 2026.

The hardware setup includes left and right full-range speakers, tweeters, up-firing channels, and a 6.5-inch, 65-watt wireless subwoofer.

The system features an integrated audio control hub with an LCD display. The hub houses Acoustic Echo Cancellation microphones equipped with an AI beamforming algorithm.

Connectivity options include USB-C, HDMI 2.1 with eARC, optical, AUX, and Bluetooth 5.3. The unit supports 4K@120Hz pass-through and contains a two-port USB Type-A hub.

Supported platforms encompass Windows PC, Mac, television, mobile devices, PlayStation 4 and 5, Xbox Series X and S, and Nintendo Switch.

Users customize equalizer settings, microphone parameters, and Aura RGB lighting using the Gear Link web portal or mobile application.
