Dorchester Collection announced the appointment of Tristan Delaittre as general manager of Rome’s Hotel Eden, effective October 1, 2026.

Delaittre previously served as Dorchester Collection’s corporate director of food and beverage, overseeing dining strategy across ten properties and developing concepts for future openings in Dubai and Tokyo.

He also served as food and beverage director at Le Meurice in Paris and held various hotel operational positions across Europe.

Dorchester Collection Chief Executive Officer Philippe Leboeuf stated Delaittre’s experience with the company makes him suited to lead the 98-room property.

Delaittre stated he looks forward to working with the hotel staff to build on the property’s history.
