FUJIFILM Corporation announced the launch of its instax Pal 2 palm-top digital camera featuring an updated design and enhanced functionality on Tuesday, September 15.

FUJIFILM Corporation stated that the instax Pal 2 is dedicated solely to taking pictures, removing the built-in printing function present in other instax models.

The camera upgrades the sensor resolution from 5 megapixels to 10 megapixels and includes a top-mounted monitor, physical dial controls, and USB Type-C connectivity.

Users can select from four image formats—mini, SQUARE, WIDE, and No Frame—and apply up to 30 creative effects loaded via a dedicated app.

The instax Pal 2 supports wireless image transfer via Bluetooth and high-speed wired transfer directly to smartphones or instax Link printers.
