Apple TV unveiled the trailer for the second season of docuseries “Knife Edge: Chasing Michelin Stars,” scheduled to premiere two episodes on September 25, 2026.

Jesse Burgess hosts the eight-part series, which follows 16 global restaurants navigating the Michelin Guide process. Gordon Ramsay executive produces the show alongside Studio Ramsay Global.

The season features establishments across North America, South America, and Europe, including sites in Great Britain, France, Brazil, Germany, California, and the Nordics.

The show is directed by James Callum, with Lisa Edwards, Lorraine Charker-Phillips, and Jill Greenwood also serving as executive producers.
