Sunway Medical Centre opened its 216-bed Children’s Tower, designated as Tower F, expanding the hospital’s total licensed capacity to 961 beds. 

It consolidates paediatric subspecialty services, including paediatric haematology and oncology.

The facility houses the country’s first dedicated 24-hour private children’s emergency department. It also contains a Paediatric Intensive Care Unit and specialised inpatient wards.
