Xiaomi said it introduced REDMI Pad 2 9.7 Series tablets to international markets on April 28, 2026.

Xiaomi said the lineup includes REDMI Pad 2 9.7 and REDMI Pad 2 9.7 4G. The company said prices start at $179 for the standard model and $199 for the 4G model.

Xiaomi said both tablets have a 9.7-inch display, 2K resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and a 7,600mAh battery. The company said both models run Xiaomi HyperOS 3 and use the Snapdragon 6s 4G Gen 2 platform.

Xiaomi said the devices target portable entertainment use. The company said availability, colours, configurations, and promotions vary by market.
