IHG Signs Holiday Inn Resort Alwar

IHG Hotels & Resorts said it signed a management agreement with Yash Hotels & Resorts LLP to open Holiday Inn Resort Alwar in India by Q1 2030.

IHG said the project will add a 150-room resort in Alwar and mark its entry into the city. The company said the hotel will serve weddings, meetings, leisure, and event demand.

IHG said the resort will include dining outlets, meeting and event space, and other resort facilities. It said Alwar is near Delhi NCR, Jaipur, and Sariska Tiger Reserve.

IHG said it has 51 operating hotels across six brands in India. The company said 89 more hotels are due to open in the next three to five years.
