Marriott International said St. Regis Hotels & Resorts opened The St. Regis Budapest on April 28 in Budapest, Hungary.
Mariott said the hotel, located in Klotild Palace, has 102 rooms and suites. It said the property offers 63 rooms, 39 suites, butler service, dining venues, a spa, and event spaces.
Marriott said the Klotild Palace dates to the early 20th century and was commissioned by Princess Klotild of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha. It said the hotel stands near the Danube River and cultural landmarks in central Budapest.
Mariott release said the hotel includes 99 Sushi Bar & Restaurant, Klotild Patisserie, St. Regis Bar, an indoor pool, three treatment rooms, and several meeting rooms. It stated the opening expands the St. Regis brand’s presence in Europe.
