Samsung Malaysia Electronics and Modernize Vida opened a Partner Experience Store at KL Eco City on May 20, 2026, for partners and distributors.

Samsung said the facility featured seven zones: retail, finance, hospitality, residential, education, office, and government. It said the store showed how SmartThings supported monitoring, control, and automation through one interface.

Samsung said the store also presented its Devices, Solutions and Services approach. It said this combined hardware, software, and services for business-to-business applications.

Charles Kim, president of Samsung Malaysia Electronics, said the store reflected Samsung’s focus on connected business environments through AI-driven systems.  

Samsung said a highlight of the store was Samsung’s Professional Laundry solution. The company said it supports washers up to 18kg and dryers up to 14kg.
