45 Park Lane Opens CUT OUT Summer Fish and Chip Terrace

45 Park Lane opened CUT OUT, a fish and chip terrace at its Mayfair hotel in London on May 27, offering a seasonal menu through September 6.

CUT OUT formed part of CUT at 45 Park Lane, Wolfgang Puck’s only London restaurant, and overlooked Hyde Park. Guests could dine on the terrace or order take-away.

The menu featured fried haddock with mushy peas, triple-cooked chips, tempura fried monkfish, Scottish langoustines, a fish finger sandwich, battered chicken sausage, and a halloumi burger. Lighter seafood dishes included seared Orkney scallops, Achill Rock oysters, and a crab and lobster roll.

Desserts included strawberry and champagne ice lollies, Eton mess, and vanilla ice cream cookie sandwiches. Drinks included cocktails such as the Our Way Martini, alongside beer, wine, and champagne.

CUT OUT was scheduled to open Wednesday to Sunday for lunch and dinner until September 6.
