The Ordinary opens its Hydration Lab pop-up in Kuala Lumpur from June 12 to 21, marking its first major consumer-facing event in Malaysia since 2025.

Hydration Lab runs at GoDown Arts Centre from 11 am to 7 pm daily. The event focuses on skin hydration and barrier support.

The company said the pop-up includes educational installations, ingredient-focused touchpoints, interactive experiences, personalised skincare guidance and on-site product sales. Visitors can also collect and personalise limited-edition charms.

Featured products include Saccharomyces Ferment 30% Milky Toner, Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5, and Rice Lipids + Ectoin Microemulsion. The company said the event was inspired by Malaysia’s hot and humid climate.
