Coworth Park Revives TIDE, Launches Summer Creamery

Coworth Park in Ascot said June 16 it will reopen TIDE on June 18 and launch Coworth Park Creamery on July 3 for summer 2026.

TIDE returns to the terrace overlooking Coworth Park’s wildflower meadow. It will open Fridays and Saturdays from 12-2.30pm and Sundays from 1-3.30pm throughout the summer season.

The menu was created by executive chef Adam Smith and includes fire-cooked dishes, raw and cured seafood, desserts, Rathfinny sparkling wines and non-alcoholic drinks.

Coworth Park Creamery will operate beside the Rose Lawn Bar from Friday to Sunday, 12-6pm, from July 3 through the summer. It will serve homemade ice creams and sorbets created by Smith.

Smith said TIDE’s 2026 menu focuses on charcoal-cooked dishes, seafood and seasonal flavours, and that the creamery will offer unexpected flavours alongside traditional ice cream formats.
